| How to apply: Monash students are selected by the Journalism department and then complete the Monash Abroad exchange application. |

Travel grants: Students selected for the GEJI exchange will receive a special travel grant of $8,500 funded by the Australian Government. The grant will be paid by Monash Abroad befoe students commence the program. GEJI exchange students will not be eligible for the usual Monash Abroad travel grant.
