Monash Abroad's Intercampus Exchange Program is an experience which is one of a kind. The program is a fantastic way to travel, have fun, enjoy another culture (in Malaysia 's case, 3 cultures!), all whilst studying. What makes this specific program unique is its inter-university nature. The application process is simplified which takes away the pain of a standard exchange program.

Monash's Sunway Campus in Malaysia has a fantastic vibrant and multicultural feel to it. The student population is comprised of many international students, mainly from Asia and Africa , who mostly live in student accommodation right by the campus, allowing for a very diverse social environment, enriching the experience even further.

Malaysia is also a fantastic travel destination in itself. The beautiful surrounding islands, the highland areas and the rainforests are all well worth a trip. Once you've conqured Malaysia , exploring South East Asia is simple with Singapore , Indonesia , Thailand and Vietnam just a stone throw away.

My advice: Do it, or you'll regret passing up the fantastic opportunity. This is why I've gone not only once, but twice.
