21 Fri Supplementary and special (deferred) examinations conclude
25 Tues Enrolment of first-year undergraduates (VTAC) first round begins

28 Fri Enrolment of first-year undergraduates (VTAC) first round ends
February
03 Thu Semester one fees due for continuing students. Continuing students who have not received their 'Enrolment details and fees advice' form should contact their faculty to check their enrolment status
09 Wed Enrolment of first-year undergraduates (VTAC) second round (Gippsland campus)
10 Thu Enrolment of first-year undergraduates (VTAC) second round (metropolitan campuses)

04 Sat - 05 Sun First weekend school first semester (Gippsland campus)
10 Fri Last day for change (without penalty) of course, subject or unit taught in first semester or over the whole academic year. Any such subject or unit discontinued after this date will show as discontinued on the academic record. Last date to qualify for 100 per cent refund of student amenities fee relevant to first semester
31 Fri Last day for discontinuation of all studies by candidates enrolled in diploma, bachelor, graduate diploma, master preliminary, master and in single subjects to qualify for a full refund of the student course fee relevant to first semester. Last day for discontinuation of any subject or unit taught in first semester or over the whole academic year without incurring liability for HECS assessment or for full fees for first semester. HECS census date for first semester. Last day to qualify for a partial refund of student amenities fee relevant to first semester
April
