The Student Communication Services unit is responsible for the development of communication services to current Monash students, and works with the University administration and faculties to understand student expectations and ensure consistency and accuracy in the provision of student communications.
The Student Communication Services unit comprises ask.monash (an enquiry management system) and a web communication team. The teams maintain the quality of information content and drive strategic, communication-related enhancements aimed at improving the quality of information delivered to Monash students.
