The division supports the University’s goals with leadership, management and innovation in the provision of quality services to students and the University community.
The division is currently focusing on the Improved Services theme, within the Monash Futures agenda, which aims to optimise the delivery of University-wide services, to better support the academic enterprise. The division has incorporated Improved Services as one of its key result areas.
The division is located within the portfolio of the Vice-President Administration
