University Sport

Represent Monash University in your chosen sport!

Australian University Sport (AUS) is the peak governing body of university sport in Australia and currently has 41 members, which represents more than one million students. Any student who is currently enrolled in a degree, diploma, certificate or higher award at an educational institution that is affiliated with AUS is eligible to compete in the list of AUS events and championships.

Southern University Games (SUG)

Date: Sunday 7 July - Thursday 11 July

Location: Ballarat, Victoria and surrounds (Redan, Sebastopol and Wendouree).

The Southern University Games (SUG) is renowned for providing a friendly but competitive environment for student athletes from all over Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

Please see below entry fees for the 2013 SUG;

$140 Standard entry fee for sports that run through the entire event period
$110

Standard entry fee for sports that run over one or two days (Cheer & Cross Country)
If you wish to play more than one sport, you are required to pay an additional $35 per sport.                                                    This fee is know as a cross accreditation fee and is paid on top of your standard entry fee.

$12 Opening ceremony ticket

Australian University Games (AUG)

The Australian University Games (AUG) is an amalgamation of a number of intervarsity competitions previously held as individual sports events. The first Australian University Games was held at The University of Queensland in 1993.

The Australian University Championships (AUC's) are an opportunity for students to compete in individual events at a national level.

Sport Managers Information HUB

The Sport Managers information Hub provides Sport Managers with updated information regarding the Uni Sport Program and documentation to provide to Monash Sport prior to the competition.
