We are here to guide and support you during your time at Monash. There are many support services and study resources available to you.

Faculty of Science Student Academic Services

The Faculty of Science Student Academic Services has a dedicated team of course advisors on each campus who provide expert advice at any stage of your course.

Our course advisors can help you with planning your studies, deciding how and what to do next, getting involved and extending your experiences beyond the classroom. They can help you get in touch with other services and provide administrative support with policies and procedures.

You don’t need to make an appointment – just turn up. We suggest you seek course advice at least once a semester.

If you need unit and discipline advice, we may refer you to academic teaching staff. Our schools have coordinators and/or advisors for different discipline areas and year-levels. All students enrolled in science courses and units are encouraged to see their tutors or lecturers about any academic issues they may have. Also, if you are doing a double degree, we may also refer you to the partner faculty for further information.
