Registering for Training Sessions                 Training Manuals Below!

Before obtaining access to research information systems such as ResearchMaster/RMENET and the Business Intelligence Service (Research Portfolio), training is mandatory. 

• All ResearchMaster (i.e. RMENET) training is booked through the Staff Development Unit. Select a session, then locate the link to the SDU on-line application form on the session's information page (popular sessions listed below)
  
• All Business Intelligence Service training is booked via the BIS Support Desk. Links to BIS training session times and resources appear further below.
  

RMENET Research Outputs (Publications)

• Write Access Training - Mandatory for all new Publications Officers (persons required to key in publications data)
  
• Refresher Training - required by Publications Officers every 12 months to keep abreast of changes to process. If your RM account password has been reset, it is time to attend a refresher session!
