NHMRC Research Grants Management System (RGMS)

NHMRC is currently piloting a new grant application system. Research Grants Management System (RGMS) is an online submission program, allowing researchers to complete, certify and submit their application electronically with the assistance of their RAO.

RGMS will enable users to:

• maintain their Curriculum Vitae (CV),
• complete grant applications and manage awarded grants online,
• provide electronic entry and lodgment of expressions of interest, applications, assessments, questions, responses and milestones for all NHMRC grant schemes.

New to RGMS?

New users wanting access to RGMS for future NHMRC applications can do so once NHMRC’s new RGMS enhancement is implemented. This “self-registration” enhancement (Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM)) is expected to be available in mid November.

Please note:
ID numbers for applications are now automatically generated in RGMS when you begin a new application form. There is no need to go through ROPES or contact your RAO.
