These resources show you how to access research information, how to apply for granting opportunities, gets you set up on various research email lists and sets you up to access Monash's research systems.
To create an ARC application, you will need to use the ARC's Research Management System. The RMS has replaced ARC's earlier system, which was known as GAMS.
Your Research Data
ROPES via My Monash Portal - view your publications, grants, ethics approvals and Higher Degree by Research student data (supervisions, completions, etc). If you cannot locate your information in ROPES, don't despair - being new at the University does have bearing on what you can view - it may have to be entered. For publications updates, contact your area's Publications Coordinator (see below). For updates to grant, HDR student and ethics data, please see the ROPES Research Data Update page. If you are really stuck, contact the Service Desk (right) for assistance.
Publication Coordinators - If you are from another university and have pre-existing publications you'd like to include on Monash's systems, please contact your unit's or faculty's Publications Coordinator.
Animal Ethics | Human Ethics | Quarantine | Biosafety - If you are from another university and have a pre-existing ethics (human or animal) approval or a gene-tech approval you may have to get it moved to Monash.

Research Information Systems Service Desk - The Research Information Systems Service Desk provides support for all matters relating to ResearchMaster (incorporating RMENet and RMEWin), ROPES and TARDIS.
