Submission Dates

All applications (Form 1, Form HT), MUST be submitted by 12 noon. The submission dates listed below are Human Ethics Office submission dates, not Faculty deadlines. Please check with your Faculty for Faculty deadlines.

Applications on Form LR or Form MC can be submitted to MUHREC at any time. Your application will be reviewed out of the meeting session and you should be notified of the outcome within 2 weeks of receipt.
