Retrospective Approval

Please note the Retrosepctive Approval Form is no longer available. The Committee only grants retrospective approval in the most extenuating and exceptional circumstances where data has been collected prior to or without obtaining human ethics approval. Permission will only be granted where the collection of data was completed in a way that does not give rise to ethical concerns.

If your research involves the use of data previously collected for another purpose, please complete Form 1 and ensure you complete all the details in section 4b (use of Existing data).
