All Explanatory Statements should contain the following statement:

When research is conducted offshore, it is recommended that a local person who is also fluent in English be nominated to receive any complaints and pass them onto MUHREC. The person should agree to undertake that role and evidence of acceptance should be forwarded to MUHREC.
