Heart Foundation Research Funding Information Session 2008
The Heart Foundation Research Program provides an important source of funding for research into the causes, prevention, management and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and related disorders.
They provide funding to researchers working in universities, hospitals and recognised research institutions across Australia and offer Grants-in-Aid, Fellowships, Scholarships, Travel Grants and Summer Scholarships.
This presentation will provide information on the Heart Foundation Research Program, the types of research funding offered, the assessment criteria for funding and the Peer Review process. It will also provide tips on what to do to give yourself and your team the best chance of receiving funding.
