The Monash Research Office invites you to the ARC / NHMRC Grant Writing Workshop

This workshop is aimed at providing guidance to researchers in putting together successful grant applications and offers opportunities for networking and collaboration with colleagues and experts in different fields.

It will consist of two components: a combined plenary session followed by breakout sessions, where participants will be split into small groups.

During the plenary session presenters will provide an overview of the NHMRC and ARC application processes and the important points to focus on when writing grant applications.
It is anticipated that the breakout sessions will be driven by attendees. Further information regarding breakout sessions and registration details to follow.

ARC or NHMRC: how to pitch your proposal

The Monash Research Office would like to invite you to a seminar presented by Professor Marcello Rosa, Department of Physiology. The seminar will examine and highlight contrasts between the ARC and the NHMRC systems and provide tips on how to write a research proposal accordingly. The session is aimed at providing practical advice for researchers applying to both the ARC and NHMRC and to those more familiar with the NHMRC.
