must submit to the MARP AECs. Subsequent minor amendments and reports will be directed to the committee that originally assessed and approved the project
Submission of Annual/Completed Reports & BAW returns Electronic submission to be submitted to: animal.ethics@monash.edu - Hard copy not required. Submission of Applications, SOPs, Minor Amendments, Incident Reports: Electronic submission (Word document) and signed copy (pdf) to be submitted to: animal.ethics@monash.edu In the email clearly identify what form is being submitted, to which AEC and the full ethics number (if minor amendment or report). Receipt: All submssions will be receipted within 3 working days. Submission by the closing date does not guarantee acceptance for consideration at the next meeting. The number of new applications per meeting is capped and applications may be moved to a later meeting.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Applications will not be approved without the relevant signatures. This will result in approvals being delayed.
