Regulatory Issues, Animal Care and Use in Research and Teaching at Monash University (Full Day)

• Compulsory for new students who will be involved in animal research
• Compulsory for Monash staff who have not previously engaged in animal research.

Run twice a year on the ethical and legal responsibilities regarding the use of animals in research and teaching, Occupational Health and Safety issues of using animals, Animal biology, Introduction to pain, distress, monitoring, analgesia and euthanasia, Experimental Design.
