The program is designed to officially welcome new academic and research-only staff into the Monash University community. The program is intended to align academic and research-only staff with the directions and expectations of Monash and to quickly establish them within the Monash context. It is also designed to complement induction activities that take place formally and informally at the department, faculty and university level.
