"If you are interested in learning not only about sustainability initiatives, but also about engaging and influencing people, this course will be of value to you and your organisation." - Nicola, Fuji Xerox Australia.
Green Steps @ Work empowers participants to create change within organisations and wider society. It is an intensive program offered in two convenient formats for working professionals.
As a professional development program, we assist people already in the workforce to gain a deeper understanding of sustainability issues, to develop practical skills to create and drive sustainability programs and to expand their environmental networks. This program brings together diverse professionals from many sectors and organisations into one room to learn from each other and from our highly experienced trainers.
As an onsite training course, we offer tailored training to be delivered within one organisation, staff or client group. The benefit of onsite training is that it brings together existing teams working on environmental change to further equip, motivate and support their efforts.
For organisations with complex requirements, the Monash Sustainability Institute's Green Steps team provides consulting services to tackle a wide variety of environmental risks and opportunities through specialised training programs, individual coaching, staff engagement, facilitation and research.
