Stay connected with Green Steps and a movement of sustainability change agents within organisations.
Situated within the Monash Sustainability Institute, Green Steps is an award winning not-for-profit environmental consulting and training provider to the private and public sector. The aim of all Green Steps programs is to enable participants to make their workplaces and work practices more environmentally sustainable. Our impact on organisations and our inclusive training methodology has been recognised with a number of prestigious awards, including the Premier's Sustainability Award the United Nations Association Education Award and the Banksia Environmental Award.
Green Steps empowers individuals with practical skills and tools that enable them to create positive environmental change in organisations and the wider community.
Green Steps runs a number of programs for university students, professionals and organisations. The Green Steps @ Uni program is delivered to a select group of students at host universities. The Green Steps @ Work programs are offered in two formats, as an offsite professional development course and as an onsite training course. These target the professional seeking training and networking opportunities and the internal team looking to enhance its capacity to enact environmental change within their organisation respectively. We also provide consulting services to organisations of all sizes and in all industries in environmental auditing, environmental team training, business case development around sustainability and projected cost savings.
