Biography

Nerida joined MonCOEH in 2011 to lead the process and impact evaluation of WorkSafe's WorkHealth Program. She also lectures into the Bachelor of Health Science programs within the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.

Nerida has previously worked in health promotion practice roles for both community and government sectors alongside her academic roles. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Science and Nutrition) and a Master of Public Health (Health Promotion) both from Deakin University. She is in the final stage of her PhD at Monash University, which is exploring the workforce drivers of collaborative practice in health promotion. Her research interests centre around health promotion capacity building strategies and evaluation.
