Biography

Andrew Serpell joined the department in 2006, teaching, researching and publishing in the areas of financial services, corporations law, corporate crime and judicial method.

Before joining the Department of Business Law and Taxation, Andrew spent many years at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and its predecessors, working in Regulatory Policy on financial services regulatory reform.
