Dr Natalie Radomski works in the School of Rural Health at Monash University as a Senior Lecturer. Natalie has responsibilities in the areas of educational development, curriculum development, educational research and program evaluation across the School of Rural Health's regional clinical school sites in north-western Victoria. Natalie's PhD research explored interdisciplinary approaches to professional learning and practice decision-making in complex health settings.
