Biography

Kay Jones is a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of General Practice, School of Primary Health Care, Monash University.  Her research areas include chronic disease management (osteoarthritis, obesity, mental health, cancer), and knowledge translation through the development of face-to-face and online education activities that meet the RACGP QI&CPD program guidelines for GPs and other health professionals.  Her current research and education development focus includes the use of information technology for chronic disease management chronic disease management  (osteoarthritis, mental health and cancer) and the uptake of guidelines.
