She is the author of the patents, confidential information and plant breeders' rights chapters in two editions of Davison, Monotti and Wiseman, Australian Intellectual Property Law (2nd ed, Cambridge University Press, 2012).
Ann is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Council of Australia, a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Technology Policy and Law (Inderscience) and a former Australian correspondent for the European Intellectual Property Review.
