Eric is Head, Southern Clinical School, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences at Monash University. He is a Professor of Medicine and research group leader in the Monash Centre for Inflammatory Diseases, Head of the Lupus Clinic at Southern Health/Monash Medical Centre, and cofounder of the biotech company Cortical Pty Ltd.

Clinical Activity

Professor Morand is a specialist rheumatologist, and Head of the Southern Health/Monash Medical Centre Rheumatology Unit. He specalises in the clinical care of complex rheumatic diseases, rheumatoid arthriits, and systemic lupus erythematosus. He is founder of the Monash Lupus Clinic, Australia's largest Lupus-focussed research-grounded clinic for patients with SLE.
