John Duns is an Associate Professor, whose teaching and research interests are in insolvency, competition and corporate law. He is Co-convenor of the LLM Coursework program. His publications include co-authorship of Corporate Law (Oxford University Press, 2nd ed, 2009), Australian Insolvency Law (Lexis Nexis Butterworths, 2009) Competition Law: Cases & Materials (Lexis-Nexis Butterworths, 2nd ed, 2006), and the loose-leaf service Bankruptcy Law and Practice.
