Dr Anastasios Barkatsas has held senior teaching and leadership positions at various Secondary Colleges in Melbourne, as well as Consultancy and Research Fellowships in Athens, Greece. He has also worked at the University of Melbourne and the University of Athens before accepting a lectureship at Monash University, where he currently lectures in Primary and Secondary Mathematics Education courses.
He is a member of the Mathematics Research Group and the Centre for Science, Mathematics and Technology Education of the Faculty of Education and the newly established Monash Institute of Graduate Research (MIGR), Monash University.
Dr Barkatsas is the HDR Statistical Advisor of the Faculty of Education.
