Toan Le is a lecturer in the Department of Business Law and Taxation.
Toan came to Monash University after extensive experience working in the taxation profession. He is an active researcher in the Asia-Pacific Business Regulation Group and has had articles on taxation and international trade published in ERA-ranked journals.
Toan's research interests are in the areas of land reform and regulation in Asia, WTO's dispute settlement system and taxation.
He has a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University. Currently, Toan is completing his PhD on the interpretation of land reform in Vietnam.
Toan is a unit leader for international trade and taxation law units in the Department of Business Law and Taxation. In 2012, he has been nominated for the Dean's Excellence in Teaching Awards.
