Biography

John works in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences at Monash University as a Research Fellow and Senior Trainer at SPLASH at Southern Synergy Monash University.  He has special interests in training expereinced mental health staff and in research, in stress in the workplace for which he has developed a major new occupational mindfulness program.

In addition to this he has a half time private clinical practice. John has worked in the field for 34 years and specializes, clinically, in depression, anxiety, stress management and suicidality. John has developed extensive intermediate training packages on the topic of suicidality.
