Biography

Corine Rivalland (PhD) is a lecturer in Early Childhood and Equity and Social Justice Education in the Faculty of Education, Monash University. Her research focus addresses alternative theories of child development and equity and social justice.  Her work aims to contribute to the early childhood educational research with the view of implementing more equitable and socially just early childhood teaching and learning practices. 

She is a full member of the Child & Community Development research group, a Research Fellow of the Collaborative Research Network (Excellence in Research in Early Years Education) and Monash University representative on the Department of Education and Early Childhood Advisory Board.
