Biography

  

Dr Elizabeth Barber (nee Manickam) has been appointed as a full time lecturer to teach subjects associated with food science, nutrition and biochemistry at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University. Dr Barber obtained her PhD from Monash University and postdoctoral training from Deakin University.
