Chris Wilson works in the School of Geosciences at Monash University as an Adjunct Professor.
Chris has published extensively in the geological and glaciological literature on the evolution of tectonic structures in rocks and ice for last 30 years. Chris has used a combination of field based structural analysis techniques, experiments and numerical models to study microstructures and textures related to deformation in crustal rocks, involving investigations in Antarctica, Tibet and Australia.
Chris joined the internationally recognised Structural and Tectonics group at Monash in 2011 after retiring from the University of Melbourne.
