John works in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Monash University as a Senior Lecturer. John joined the Department in 2002 having previously worked as a senior teaching fellow at Otago University (2000-2002). Having completed his PhD “Issues in Managed Funds: Australian Evidence” in late 2010, John has now commenced researching in the area of superannuation, pension plans and has a special interest in operations research. Prior to commencing an academic research career John worked in the area of Business Advisory with Polsen Higgs and Price Waterhouse. John's interests include cricket and now the All Blacks are World Champions, Rugby Union once more.
