Kate Jacobs is an Assistant Lecturer in Educational and Developmental Psychology in the Faculty of Education at Monash University, Melbourne. Her main research interests include psychological scale development and validation, the types of theoretical frameworks used by psychologists when conducting cognitive and academic achievement assessments, and the assessment and diagnosis of learning disabilities. Additionally, Kate has experience in applying a range of statistical analysis techniques including structural equation modelling and meta-analysis.
