Julie works in the Faculty of Education at Monash University as a Lecturer. Before coming to Monash, Julie Harrington taught for many years in the US, Canada and Sydney at secondary, tertiary and adult education levels in the subject areas of Spanish and English. She also worked as a Research Fellow in Applied Linguistics at the University of Melbourne. In addition to teaching units in postgraduate programs at Clayton and supervising research students, during her time at Monash she has taught for the Education Faculty in South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.
