Biography

Dr Laryea has studied at the Universities of Ghana and Glasgow, and at  Bond University, where he obtained his Ph.D.  He taught at the University of Ghana, Bond University, and Lancaster University, England, before joining Monash in 2001.  Subjects he has taught include Contract Law, International Investment Law, International Business Transactions Law, International Sale of Goods, International Banking and Finance Law, Company Law, Business Law, Law of Civil Remedies, Equity and Trusts Law, and Legal Research and Writing. He has also practiced law with a commercial law firm in Ghana, Lexcom Associates (then Ofosu-Amaah & Associates).
