Biography

Professor of Emergency Medicine and Clincial Toxicology reseach at Monash University and Southern Health.

Toxicology interests include treatment of severe cardiovascular drug poisoning, and investigation of novel antidotes for treatment of drug poisoning as well as management of paracetamol poisoning. Involved in both clinical and basic science toxicology research including pharamcokinetics and animal models of severe CVS poisoning.

Emergency Medicine interests include analgesia research in the ED and care of patients with frequent emergency department representation.
