Biography

My research expertise is in the areas of entrepreneurship and leadership, with a specific focus on Chinese management. I am on the editorial review board on the International Small Business Journal, a top European entrepreneurship journal, and regularly review papers for the Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Theory and Practice and other management journals. I have obtained research funding from the Chinese National Natural Science Foundation of China and have been widely cited in the Chinese and international media on issues about Chinese entrepreneurship and the Chinese economy. I am presently Deputy Director of Research for the Department of Management.
