Richard works in the Faculty of Business & Economics at Monash University as a Senior Lecturer.
His research is concerned with organizational innovation and the development of human capital. Richard is currently engaged in reserch projects studying service innovation in the health care sector, the Return to Work of workers with a disability and the effects of occupational licensing upon skill development and labour market outcomes.
