Dr. Flora Wong is a Consultant Neonatologist at Monash Newborn, Monash Medical Centre, with a joint appointment as senior research fellow at the Department of Paediatrics and The Ritchie Centre, Monash University. Her research interests are in preterm cerebral pathophysiology, cerebral blood flow and oxygenation in relation to brain injury in newborn infants undergoing intensive care. She has expertise in the application of Near Infra-red Spectroscopy to examine the cerebral pathophysiology in both animal and clinical studies, employing a translational paradigm.
