Biography

Anske is a lecturer with the Department of Rural and Indigenous Health. Her areas of teaching are research methods, rural health issues, Indigenous Health, and health, knowledge and society.  Supervision of HDR students is also part of her teaching role. She has research interests that are focused on the use of complementary and alternative medicines (CAMs) and its diversity, the empowerment of older adults to take care of their health and wellbeing, care giving for older adults, health literacy, and rurality.
