Ms. Trotter is a PhD student and research assistant at the Monash University Accident Centre (MUARC), Melbourne and has a B.A (Hons) in psychology from Otago University, New Zealand. She is involved in a range of projects focusing on organizational safety and interface design. Ms. Trotter is supervised by Dr Paul Salmon and Dr Michael Lenne, also from MUARC.
Ms. Trotter's research interests include improvisation in safety critical situations, systems safety, accident analysis, organisational psychology, and behavioural safety.
