Ms Laura Davies - Researcher Profile

Laura Davies

Address

School of Mathematical Sciences
Building 28, Clayton

Biography

Laura works in the School of Mathematical Sciences at Monash University as a Research Fellow

Laura’s research areas of interest are:

•I am interested in understanding the physical processes of convection and how the representation of
convection in numerical models can be improved. So far my research has focussed on idealised modelling
experiments, but I am now coupling theoretical studies with analysis of observational data and the use
 of large-scale numerical models.
