Biography

Currently a Campus Head at the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

My research interests include clinical workforce performance, acute care and teaching and learning.  This includes resuscitation survival prediction models, emergency care practitioner studies, inter-professional education, team and leadership performance, simulation and patient deterioration studies.  Recent grants (n=18) including nationally competitive (e.g. ALTC) total $1,000,000.  Educational development funding to the value of $770,000, and approximately 80 high impact publications of papers, books, chapters and reports.
