Having worked as a research fellow in the Department of Marketing for three years, Dr. Dewi Rooslani Tojib moved to a lecturing position in 2011.
She was involved in coordinating and teaching Consumer Behaviour (undergraduate unit) and Advanced Business Research Method (postgraduate unit). Her recent relocation to Clayton campus allows her to expand her teaching portfolio. She is now the Chief Examiner for Services Marketing (postgraduate unit) and Principles of Marketing (undergraduate unit – starting from S2 2013).
Her research interests are in services marketing and consumer behaviour, with a focus on new technology consumption, multi-channel retailing, and consumer response to service failure. Her works have been published in numerous journals including the European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing and Management, Journal of Services Marketing, and Journal of Consumer Marketing. She has also presented her works in a number of academic conferences.
She supervised two doctoral students to completion and currently supervises three PhD students.
