Biography

Tadeusz works in the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University as a Senior Lecturer. He graduated with M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and obtained PhD degree from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Kraków, Poland. Since 1991, he is with the Department of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Prior to Monash, he held academic positions at Swinburne University in Melbourne (from 1987) and in Białystok University of Technology, Poland (from 1977). He is a member of IEEE (Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation, Power and Energy as well as Reliability Society) and CIGRÉ (Australian Panel B1, High Voltage Cables). His research interests revolve around high voltage engineering and also some aspects of power systems analysis. He works with local industry as a consultant for prequalification tests, type tests and commissioning of high voltage cable systems.
