Peter works in the Faculty of Business & Economics at Monash University as a Lecturer. He joined the faculty in 1984 and currently holds an education-focussed academic role. Prior to joining the faculty he was employed in a large chartered accounting firm. Peter serves as the Deputy Head for the Faculty of Business and Economics at the Peninsula campus.
Peter currently teaches in the areas of accounting information systems, business systems, and financial modelling. Peter's current research interests include accounting education, end-user systems development, and the application of the problem based learning (PBL) pedagogy in an accounting curriculum. Peter has held the CPA designation with CPA Australia since January 1986.
