Biography

Michelle Greenwood is a senior lecturer in Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business & Economics, Monash University. Her fields of interest include ethical issues in HRM, stakeholder theory, corporate social reporting, and visual design of corporate reports. She has published in international journals including the Journal of Business Ethics, Employee Relations, Human Resource Management Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Philosophy of Management, Journal of Corporate Citizenship, Business and Society Review, Business Ethics: A European Review and Journal of Management Studies. She is an international collaborator with the Canadian Business Ethics Research Network

Michelle currently serves as Associate Editor of Business & Society and on the editorial board of both Journal of Business Ethics and Business and Professional Ethics Journal, and. She is guest editor of a special issue of Journal of Business Ethics on Ethics and HRM to be published in 2012/13.
