Biography

Professor Drummer is a forensic pharmacologist and toxicologist with over 200 publications in forensic science, medicine and biochemical pharmacology.

His current research interest is in:
i) involvement of alcohol and other drugs in road and workplace accidents,
ii) illicit drugs and their behavioural effects with a focus on synthetic cannabinoids and stimulants,
iii) new and evolving analytical techniques for drug detection in biological specimens.
